With four bedrooms (1 king bed , 4 twin beds, 2 full beds) three and a half baths, a gigantic modern kitchen, living room, Florida Room overlooking the peaceful Lake Placid with a brand-new dock, an upstairs master bedroom with tub and shower, a game room with foosball table, laundry room, huge screened-in patio with a table for outdoor dining and chairs and hammock for relaxing, and a large lawn both roadside and lakeside, this is a one-of-a-kind home capable of accommodating up to 10 people easily. There is even a private office for those who have work to do while vacationing. An outdoor barbecue grill is available for cooking up scrumptious meals or even freshly-caught fish from the lake. There is a nearby boat launching area if you plan to bring your own boat. The living room contains a large 65-inch television and high-speed WiFi for your convenience. There is a cornhole game which can be played outside, and there is plenty of room for kids to run around and play. All primary living areas are accessible including a private office and a small work area. Guests do not have access to garages, attics, and a small storage area inside.
